What do you think about?

I recently heard that a person would need a 40-some hour to be able to do all the things we should do each day. We are so busy running here and there thinking and worrying about so many things all at once its no wonder people have nervous break downs and leave their families, and many more terrible things.

How can we deal with this problem?

By following Paul’s advice…while he was in prison I should add…

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.
